App & Website Rules
Match is a case-insensitive substring. If any Allow rule exists for a scope, that scope becomes a whitelist — only matching apps/sites are permitted.
Suggested blocks
Click to block for All PCs (change it with the scope above).
Not sure what staff actually use? The Activity tab shows real app names and sites per PC — block from there.

Groups
Put a PC in a group from its page on the Devices tab. A group setting overrides each PC's own, e.g. a Work from home group with screenshots off. Rules can also target a group (App & Site Rules).

The database (PCs, rules, logins, activity) is backed up daily and the last 14 are kept on the server. Screenshots are not included. Download one now and then to keep a copy somewhere else.
